Parish Council Information We will be posting Parish Council Minutes as they become available. The most current as well as the previous can be viewed by following the links at the bottom of this page. The Parish Council meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month, at 7:00 p.m., in Neumann Hall. All parish members are welcome to attend the meeting and ask questions or state your concerns to the Council. The Parish Council Officers are: Chairperson - Casey Puetz Vice Chairperson - Rozaline Janci Secretary - Kathy Hulen Your Parish Council has decided to make a significant change in the timeline in which their minutes are made available to you. From now on the minutes from the current meeting will be available within days after a meeting. We ask you to please note that these minutes are the secretary's record of what transpired at the meeting. Any corrections and/or additions will be posted in the following meeting minutes. The original copy will never be modified. What this means to you is that you have the ability to expeditiously track the meetings and interact in a timely manner. What is asked of you is to remember that to fully understand what transpired at a meeting will mean that you will need to read the original minutes of the meeting and then any addendums in the follow month's minutes. The council would like to take this opportunity to invite your participation at any of the meetings by attending them in person. |
